ARE ANY UTILITIES INCLUDED? Yes!! All utilities such as electrical, water, heat, are included in your rent as well as garbage service.
- HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO LIVE THERE? Our apartments are for elderly/disabled and near elderly 50 years of age or older. A disabled person at least 18 yrs old would also qualify.
- HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME? Rent is different for each resident. It will be determined as 30% of adjusted income. Medical expenses can be deducted. If you would like a more accurate figure just call (989-734-7303) or stop in our office.
- ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED? YES! Animals are welcome. Some restrictions apply.
